You confirm that the information and content you upload:

- belongs to you, or you have permission to use it
- does not violate any law
- does not infringe any third-party rights
- is not false, illegal, copied, misleading, offensive, or unauthorized
If you upload wrong, illegal, infringing, unauthorized, or misleading content or data, you alone are responsible for it.
Where you upload personal data of customers, staff, suppliers, or any third party, you are responsible for obtaining all required permissions, consents, and notices from them.
5. Rights You Give Vendroo Over Uploaded Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, unless otherwise agreed separately.
However, by uploading content to Vendroo, you give Vendroo the right to store, host, process, copy, format, display, publish, distribute, and use that content for operating, securing, improving, supporting, and promoting the platform and related services, subject to applicable law and our Terms.
